Mark Goods performance in working with my family and me to find a home in the new area to which we were moving was terrific! Mark was responsive, flexible, patient, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the 2 months (from initial contact to closing) we worked with him. In April 2017, I contacted several realtors in northeast Florida via an online website. I sent detailed information explaining our situation, timeline, needs, and wants. Within 15 minutes, Mark was the first realtor to respond. He was eager to help and ready to work on our behalf. I was anxious to begin the search for our new home and was going to travel from south Florida to look around the Jacksonville area in 3 days. Mark shuffled his personal schedule around so he could meet with me then, despite the short advance notice. He found numerous properties in the community which we had targeted and accompanied. He knew the market well. In my experience - which includes having purchased 6 properties in 5 states over the past 20 years - it is rare and comforting to work with someone of Marks competence and willingness to help his customers. Ultimately, we decided to purchase a newly constructed property in a town with highly rated schools. Mark worked with me over several months through a difficult period for both of us. He spent hours trying to find the right condo and home for me for an unspecified move from another state sometime in the future. He offered information that I had never thought of, suggested points of contact for various issues, and was very, very helpful. I felt, as an older woman, that I could trust him and rely on him to lead me in the right direction for what I wanted and what I could afford. The problem was the timing and the location. I initially found you on Realtor.com as I scoured many names and references of realtors who would be low pressure, knowledgeable, consistent and committed from start to finish. Mark you were the one that stood out as the rose in a field of daisies! From day one you deserve and have earned the highest ranking for all of the above qualities and more. After receipt of our initial email, you immediately followed up with a call and discussion. Our supersized list of needs and wants did not scare you away. Within hours we were on an individualized program for every home, in every town within our budget. We flew out to Jacksonville on a Sunday night in April 2019 and spent an entire day with you that week, even though you had other clients to work with whom were on a time crunch. Not only were you a gracious tour guide, but a generous person to drive us around from morning until night, showing us everything possible. You even budgeted in time for lunch! Your many talents included research on each property and the ability to see beyond the sale of a home, including potential resale value in the future.
