We are out of state buyers. Early this year, we were looking for a cabin in Gatlinburg area. We didn't know where to start so we sent inquiries to several agents. Louis was the first one who responded.He's always pleasant, honest, patient and never pushes us to buy a property that we didn't really like.When we came to Gatlinburg to meet him for the first time, he showed us around. We were not sure how to differentiate a good or bad cabin and this is where Louis shines. He's honest and knowledgable about location, rental market and cabin build quality.He's patient in answering all of our questions and finally, when we found the cabin that we love, we were comfortable in asking Louis to go there to check on the property.He went there on the same day, took pictures and gave all the good and bad about the properties.Afterwards, we made an offer based on what he told us. When it was time for inspection, we went there for the first time and for sure, he didn't disappoint us. Whatever he told us before was exactly what we were getting.There are few companies that we needed to make the cabin ready for rentals and Louis gave recommendations. We are happy with all the companies he recommended. They are all honest and wonderful people.I know buying properties at another state sounds scary but Louis made it very easy for us and we are grateful for him.
