Mike Hege is phenomenal. My husband and I started our home search in March of 2016. I told Mike we wanted to be smart about this purchase and asked if it was smart to continue renting or buying in the current Market. He sent us pros and cons for both scenarios. Never once pressured us, just was there to give advice and guidance. We told him we weren't in a rush and he told us to start driving around and figuring out neighborhoods we enjoy. He advised us to start eating, shopping, etc to see what the surrounding areas are like. This helped us narrow our search to a few great neighborhoods. We then started to look at different homes for sale. We learned what we liked and what we didn't like. After 6 months of much appreciate patience from Mike, we found our dream! But, the fantastic service from Mike did not stop there. He made the closing process seamless. We had heard horror stories about the closing process and ours was almost too easy! He also has the best relationships with top notch lenders and attorneys. We used both of his recommendations and they were outstanding. Within 2 or 3 minutes of initially meeting Mike, my wife and I were confident that he would be who we asked to help with the sale of our home. We found him online and reached out with some initial questions about the market value of our home and suggestions for updates that would add the most value. Mike was there the next day to meet with us and walk through our home, and on a Saturday spent 2-3 hours talking with us about next steps and suggestions. We instantly went from not sure when or how to sell to confident and ready. During the sale process, we were so incredibly thankful that we had the help of Mike. He helped us to price our home perfectly and created a tremendous online presence with professional photos, video, and a virtual tour.
