Mike was originally a listing agent of a house that my wife and I were looking at (on our own). He was so helpful and a delight to talk to about the property with no pressure, we decided to use him as our buying agent!Although we did not buy the property he was listing, we soon found Mike's helpfulness, eagerness, and honesty to be a true distinctive in the industry. Mike was extremely helpful suggesting homes as well as extremely proactive to show us properties we found on our own. He did a great job throughout the process of making an offer on a house as well as the details while going into inspections. His communication with us was amazing and always quick to get the information we needed or were interested in. I would recommend Mike above any other Realtor I have ever worked with. I wish I could buy more than one house just to work with him! We will definitely be using him in the future as well as recommending all friends and family to him for real estate needs (buy or selling)
