After interviewing a number of realtors, we chose Nadine Shaalan to facilitate the recent sale of our home in Anthem. We were impressed by her knowledge of the local (Anthem) market, by her personal "fit" with us, and by her practical approach to discussing the current market inventory and how she would position, market and ultimately sell our home.We felt our home's special features justified a "top of market" listing price and Nadine agreed to list the home on our terms. She did an outstanding job of convincing us (well, me really) to "declutter" the house and then professionally staged and photographed it. We had an offer within 5 days of listing and a contract in 1 week!Unfortunately, our first buyer failed to honor his contractual obligations. Nadine very effectively managed this situation, keeping us well informed and doing an excellent job of representing our contractual interests. Due to her knowledgeable and effective representation we were made whole by the title company and Nadine brought another buyer to the table with a full price offer the following week.Throughout the entire sales process, Nadine Shaalan and her assistant Kathleen McKenzie kept us informed and supported us as we encountered the usual "hiccups" associated with a home sale. The end result was a transaction that closed on time, as agreed, to the benefit and complete satisfaction of both parties.We would ABSOLUTELY recommend Nadine Shaalan on both a personal and professional level.
