Addie was very instrumental in helping me to find a house to my satisfaction at a price that was to my satisfaction. She made herself available at times that met my busy schedule, offered honest feedback and assessments when I was uncertain, helped me think through pros and cons when I was on the fence, and most importantly, was patient with all of my questions throughout the entire process. Further, she had a host of resources to call on, as I brought a house that was pre-owned and needed a couple of items fixed to pass home inspection. I am fairly new to the area and did not know any home improvement professionals. No worries!, Addie took care of it all. She is forthright, honest, resourceful, available, and knowledgeable.
