I had interviewed 7 different realtors when i first tried to find a buyer agent to help me and my boyfriend for purchasing a house. Erin left a very good impression on me when she first called me. She was fast with reacting to my questions, she was professional and friendly, she knew what she was talking about and she did not ranting about not useful information. Later when i was meeting her for the first time, she showed me 3 different homes based on my preferences. She listened to my preference very carefully and she really took them serious unlike some other realtors. She was not pushy at all when i told her i did not like any of the 3 houses we first saw, and she immediately started moving forward with looking at more properties. She was very responsive with her work literally 24/7. She was thinking for her client, not only the preference wise but also budget wise and also future potential (investment) wise. One time i told her i liked this property and it did seem nice on pics, she immediately showed me some past record on how this community had 2 crimes in the past year and told me this location has some safety concerns. She could have just let me put an offer on it but she did not. She thought beyond for her clients' benefits . She also has a lot of experience on remodeling and can give you good advice on how much it may cost for you to remodel a house after you buy it. She also cares about rituality. She took me and my boyfriend out to a dinner after we got the keys! and also celebrated with us with champagne and housewarming present. She really cares about her clients and she took her career very serious. This is very impressive and we are thrilled with her expertise and her outstanding work ethic.
