** I COULDN'T HAVE IMAGINED WORKING WITH ANOTHER TEAM. ** AJ tag teamed with his cousin Mitch on the search for our first home. I knew Mitch from college, and knew I wanted to work with him when I was ready to start looking for a home, seeing as how he's been killing the real estate game. Mitch is always busy, so he brought AJ in to ensure my fiance and I got amazing quality service. AJ sent us listings to choose from and set up 4-6 showings a week. He quickly got a sense of our "must haves" vs. our "nice to haves" and understood our style, so he was able to find us some great potential properties. AJ was still relatively new to the real estate industry, but he was able to answer all of our questions - if he didn't have an answer right away, he would go and find us an answer (even if it wasn't necessarily the answer we wanted to hear). He was on every call with Mitch and was with us through every step of our home buying process. He was always very responsive. We built an awesome relationship with AJ very quickly and it was like working with another friend I had known for years. We hit a handful of bumps in the road on our home search, but AJ kept everything in perspective for us and kept it light, so it never felt like buying a home was out of our reach.

Being a first time home buyer can be overwhelming and nerve-racking, but working with Hirvin and Dileri was the best decision. They are extremely knowledgeable about all the different parts of the home buying process, they are amiable, professional, reliable, communicative, resourceful, and patient. They graciously answered every question to make us feel secure about what we were doing. Whenever there was a new development they were quick to update us. Knowing nothing about buying a home, we did not once feel like we did not understand what was happening despite the minutiae that's involved in the process. Whether it's feeling the floors for clues to water damage when viewing properties or signing disclosures for everything under the sun, including city street tree requirements, Hirvin and Dileri have you covered. Who you choose to work with makes a great deal of difference. Dileri and Hirvin are a dynamic duo and nothing short of amazing!
