If I could keep adding stars and other skills Preston is good at, I would, but then I would never finish this review. My wife and I had a crazy idea one day to look to build a home. I reached out to the universe and happened upon the legend himself... Preston Hicks. He is by far the most prompt and tenacious person I have met. He helped us negotiate like nothing I had seen before and get what we wanted while showing professionalism and respect. Hes our bulldog to get other agents to actually work for a living as he keeps them in check. If I could buy 1 home a month from this guy I would. He works that hard and deserves it.He is willing to go above and beyond status quo and will do what it takes to find you the right place or even sell your home, etc. Hes instantly your best friend and it is genuine. Thats what I love about Preston is his ability to gel with people quickly and build rapport. He never let us down at all. This man is like Ambrosia... Nectar from the gods. Hes that good.Take note you other would-be agents that are looking to make a quick buck in a decent economy...
