Buying/Selling a home is one of the biggest and emotional transactions in your life, why would you trust anyone but a reputable real estate agent and broker with the best rankings? Gina Williams of Preston Gray is all that and so much more. Weve bought/sold 6 homes and within 5 minutes we knew shed be our agent. She is knowledgeable, experienced, honest, transparent and always available. We had a slow start with 1 low ball offer which she advised us not to take. By the 13th-15th days of listing we got 4 preapproved, vetted, competitive offers. We took the first offer from a location agency which should have been a slam dunk. But after 5 days of dealing with the buyers incompetent and highly unprofessional agent, we wanted to terminate. We notified Gina at 10 PM on Sunday, by 9 AM Monday morning she had a conference call scheduled with our attorney who was on vacation on the West Coast, and by 10 AM the contract was terminated without a hitch. She reached out to the remaining 3 bids from the prior week and all 3 came back with better offers. During the inspection, our septic failed and within 1 hour of finding this out, she reached out to her contacts and got us an appointment for a new septic tank, and within 7 days the tank was installed, inspected and permit closed. When the appraiser came the following week we boasted about our new septic tank! She sent us the texts, emails and vmails that she received from other agents so that we knew she was being completely transparent and she continually solicited the feedback from every agent that showed our home. She returned all texts, calls and emails within 5 minutes. I cant say enough good things about her. Gina is professional, has tons of experience and has pertinent and salient advice that youd be wise to accept. She has sold tons of houses and has been one of the top agents in the area for years and it shows. Believe me, you want her on your side. If youre looking for a broker, nobody knows the Shelton area better than Preston Gray, and Gina Williams should be your agent!
