We started looking for a home in the Tri-Cities area in May and looked at several with Rebecca before finally finding our dream home. After getting under contract with our home, everything was going well until the appraisal came back lower than our loan agreement. There were issues and Rebecca worked hard until another agreement was made. She never gave up! On the day of closing we met her to do our final walk through after driving 2 hours from our old home with all of our things packed and in a U-Haul. Upon arrival to the home we realized that the people there didnt understand they were supposed to be moved out. All of their things were still in the home and they were panicking and so were we. Needless to say this caused a major problem. We now had no where to go after closing because our new house was occupied. Rebecca called and got us into a hotel for the weekend that also allowed our dog & then she called people to help move the sellers out. She even went there to help move them to make sure my family could move in before my husband went to work on Monday. Rebecca fought so hard for us and had our best interest at heart through the entire home buying process. She cared about us and her company, Prestige Homes, took care of issues that werent even their fault. I highly recommend Rebecca and Prestige Homes of the tri-cities. They will take care of you and your family no matter what the circumstances are! ?? ????
