Well I dont know were to start! Chad was absolutely amazing through the whole process of buying our home. He didnt mind where we wanted to look, or what day and time it was. He made him self available anytime we needed him. This is our 2nd home and we we bought and soldOur first with a different agent, we wish we would have known about chad prior to using them. His knowledge and general concern for the homes he should us really put our minds at ease. He made sure told use all the pros and cons no matter how it would have made us feel. He really cared about the house he was showing us and didnt want our experience to be a bad one. We tell all of our friends and family about Chad if we hear anyone is In the market to buy or sell. I could go on for ever! So needless to say, if your looking for an agent that is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and work for your best interests and not just a commission.
