Well I dont know were to start! Chad was absolutely amazing through the whole process of buying our home. He didnt mind where we wanted to look, or what day and time it was. He made him self available anytime we needed him. This is our 2nd home and we we bought and soldOur first with a different agent, we wish we would have known about chad prior to using them. His knowledge and general concern for the homes he should us really put our minds at ease. He made sure told use all the pros and cons no matter how it would have made us feel. He really cared about the house he was showing us and didnt want our experience to be a bad one. We tell all of our friends and family about Chad if we hear anyone is In the market to buy or sell. I could go on for ever! So needless to say, if your looking for an agent that is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and work for your best interests and not just a commission. Stop what your doing- your search has ended. After speaking with a few realtors friends had volunteered-and not being able to make a single appointment to view a house, or get a call back or email response in a timely manner- I called a business associate of mine- who gave me Jill. The next day (happened to be a Sunday) Jill and I looked at 6 houses. Then I changed the town I wanted to live in for work-related reasons. The next day, Jill and I looked at 6 houses there. The second was "the one" When the door closed behind me- I knew it. The place hugged me. 4 hours later- we put in a bid. Jill had already done the research that went above and beyond- got the info- and I had myself a new home. She was beyond communicative and held my hand as a newbie- always there- for any little question I had. She handled every single detail with such professional knowledge I was completely blown away. This lady knows her craft- call her right now. I consider myself a lucky girl to have her in my corner- you will too.
