Steve and his team were amazing. They helped me through a renovation - bringing high-quality and relatively low cost contractors, painters, and designers. Steve's team also helped manage all the contractors, from the general contractor, to the painter, to the roof and gutter cleaners and landscapers. Steve's team made the work simple and easy for me. And kept me on time and under budget too. They were able to transform my house and definitely contributed to me getting multiple offers over asking price.After the work, his team's marketing expertise kicked into high gear - producing fantastic pictures and video. I have no doubt that his marketing expertise resulted in thousands of potential buyers seeing my home online, and hundreds actually visiting the house.The result couldn't have been better for me. Multiple offers over the reasonable asking price and ultimately getting an offer almost 10% over asking.

It's no secret that 2022 is a very difficult market for buyers. Prices are high and climbing higher, mortgage rates are in flux, and every desirable home in most geo's involves a bidding war.I wanted to get exactly the right home for me and my family, quickly, without a lot of risk or hassle, and without a lot of wasted time with missed opportunities. High expectations, right? My family has worked with Steve Nassar and his team in the past. I knew he was very good and very thorough. I didn't know how good.Our ideal home in our price range hit the market the day before I was travelling for work. I thought there would be no opportunity for me to make an offer before it went pending. I spoke to Steve, and he reassured me this was possible. Steve did a walk through while I was out of town, shared observations, and we put in an offer. Thanks to Steve's experience and guidance, my offer was accepted (over 8 others). I was still able to view the home and walk without penalty if I had any concerns. I didn't. It's perfect. Closing was fast and relatively seamless. I highly recommend Steve and his team for any home buyer in today's market, but especially if you are buying out of state or for other reasons may not be able to view the property before making an offer.
