Lisa Lang has now helped me purchase two homes over the past 10 years. She went far and above on my first home purchase in 2009. Then in the summer of 2019, it was time to sell and find a small acreage close to Corvallis. This alone, was an immense challenge on my budget. She knew exactly what I was looking for and always found properties for me to give a look. Then her negotiating talents really came out; much to my surprise and joy, my offer was accepted over many on the table! It was a hard sell/buy as I needed to close on both properties on the same day. Lisa was diligent when it came to negotiating my needs (and there were many) for the sell of existing home and the purchase of my new little farm. Her communication was outstanding. I've heard so many others complain that their realtors disappear, but Lisa was there for me at every hour of every day. We were in close contact almost daily for about three months. I highly recommend Lisa and her team to those searching for a realtor who will get you through this nerve-racking process. On a more personal note, I want to say that Lisa always maintained a calm, professional, and understanding demeanor at times when I did not. She is definitely my Real Estate Super Hero!
