Stephanie and I have worked together for several years as professionals in real estate related positions. I have hundreds of real estate agents that I work with on a consistent basis in my job but quickly decided do you Stephanie as our listing agent. When we were interested in selling our house I asked Stephanie to represent me because I wanted to make sure that I remained unemotional and unbiased throughout the transaction. I had a price in mind for the value of my home. When Stephanie came back with the identical number after doing her market analysis I knew that our home was going to sell quickly. she hired a professional photographer who took pictures and drum videos of the property. She got the property listed and we had six offers in three days. Although market conditions were excellent to sell our home, it was a unique piece of property in acreage with several issues. Most of the issues were foreseeable but a few of the issues we're not. Stephanie and I were able to work through all of those issues and maintain the general integrity and value of the offer that we accepted. Selling one of our homes is always a bittersweet experience. We were able to close in our timeline. Stephanie was the consummate professional maintaining excellent communication with all parties involved to ensure that the transaction stayed on schedule and was completed properly. My wife and Iwere very grateful that she was representing us throughout the process. There were four or five times where you had to troubleshoot ideas and her experience was invaluable rough spots during our deal. As I stated before, I work with hundreds of real estate agents in my business. I would not hesitate to ever refer anyone to Stephanie and if I ever have the need for a real estate agent in the future I will be calling her to represent me.

My situation was a little different than most with selling my home which I'm sure made Stephanie's job a hard one. She had to deal with two unagreeable party's beeing the point of communication for us helping the process move forward despite all the hoops and hurdles the situation presented Stephanie was always on the ball never missing a beat answering any question I had not only happy to answer them but answering them in detail so I could fully understand too make the best decisions for myself and be comfortable with the decisions I was making. Most importantly Stephanie was always there when I needed no matter how small or silly the thing I needed or wanted to know. In a business world where everyone is so unpersonable and just about the bottom line I am grateful that Stephanie was the polar opposite of that. So thank you Stephanie I will be referring you and will be using you in the future!
