Victor is everything I could ask for in a real estate agent. My experience with him has been just phenomenal. My fiance and I were having a very hard time trying to find condos and it was very challenging. Victor works very hard and is very prompt at what he does. He answered all the questions very quick even on vacation to get the place that we wanted. Victor had great recommendations and was very helpful and honest in so many levels. He knows what he is doing and will go out of his way to get you the house you need. From the moment we started our journey to the last minute we were very satisfied with our experience. Victor exceeded our expectations he knows the market and knows how to write a winning bid. In fact, when we wrote our bid, there were several competing bids. He wrote the offer in such a way that we didn't get into a bidding war. We would use Victor again in a heartbeat.

I got a call from Victor shortly after taking my home off the market, trying to sell while living out of state just was not working for me. Victor thought perhaps he could help me, I was doubtful. Well as it turned out I could not have gotten thru this process without him. We had some ups and downs with offers that came in, but the one thing that was always a constant was this man who would not give up, or let me. Victor was great at keeping me informed and up to date on what was going on, he was always available to take my calls nights weekends it did not matter he was always there for me. When i excepted an offer he walked thru the whole process with me, and because of him selling my home long distance was easy and a done deal. Thanks Again Victor.
