Mr Fernando Viteri, provided accurate market, product and inventory information about Sarasota real estate. He made an inherently stressful experience bearable. He quickly responded to our communications via phone, email, or TEXT. His great organizational skills helped us navigate an unfamiliar Florida real estate process. His winning personality often made our experience of purchasing a Florida property fun. Unbelievable, I know.Fernandos willingness to work extra hard for us made the sale. We have spent our winters in Florida rentals for the last six years and for the past three or four we devoted some of our vacation time to investigating ownership. We have worked with several Sarasota agents who came highly recommended by friends, but never got us close to a purchase. We probably would have continued on with real estate shopping for a couple more years if not for Fernando. Fernando was far superior to everyone we worked with. Fernandos efforts were superlative in numerous respects: 1) our initial contact with Fernando was through a convenient and well produced Meadows listing on the internet, 2) he prepared a concise and relevant PowerPoint summary and relevant listings for our initial property outing, 3) our initial walk through of candidate units spanned four hours one afternoon, 4) he regularly updated the purchase process timeline in another Word document, 5) he scheduled contractors to inspect the property and obtained estimates for all of our significant inspection to-dos, 6) he helped us meet every challenge in a purchase with difficult sellers, and 7) he demonstrated great empathy for our needs and welcome humorous relief when needed.
