My husband and I were totally unfamiliar with the Naples area, but interested in property for the winter months. It was fortunate for us to meet Michelle on our first visit. We had a friend with us who was also a real estate agent from Louisville, KY, and all of us were so impressed with Michelle's knowledge, confidence and openness. Most important to me, we trusted her right away. I liked how she let us explore the homes she took us to; never any pressure or sales techniques, but she was always ready to answer questions or point out considerations that we might not have thought of. Also important, we just liked her a lot, and felt that she completely understood our situation and what we wanted.
