Nathan Mathers is one of the most ethical, responsible, and hard working persons I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Nathan started showing us homes over 2 years ago whenever we were in Bradenton. We currently live in the Chicago area and had been looking for a second home in Florida. He showed us many homes, but we never found the "perfect" one. Nathan never complained about the time he took or tried to pressure us into a home we didn't "love". One night in April, he called us and said he had a house he was pretty sure we would like. Knowing Nathan and the confidence we had in him, after viewing the listing, we called him back in half an hour and said, "Sold!" We were actually buying a house sight unseen - that is how much we trusted Nathan Mathers! We closed on the house June 1, and I can honestly say it is the perfect home for us and we love it! Nathan helped us every step of the way - with advice on lenders, insurance, Florida laws, and went far and above what he needed to do after our negotiations were over. We will now miss working with Nathan as we feel like he is "family". I wholeheartedly recommend Nathan Mathers as a realtor and all around great person!
