I was in Florida for two days with intend to find beach front condo to buy. Janet has put me on her search list and we have been looking at properties on the market. When I came, we saw 14 units in one day!!! Janet and Susie were really on top of all the pros and cons of each unit and helped me make the best decision. We ultimately put an offer on the place that was below our budget but better fit. There was never pressure to spend all of the budget. And it is very important to me. Never make a mistake of using same sellers agent for buying. You need Janet on your side. From negotiations to closing, she is there every step of the way. She is extremely responsive, always picks up your call. We are from out of state and Janet took care of everything on ground. Her office, especially Susie stayed on top of paperwork. Janet make everything run smoothly. She is now a friend and would recommend her to all my friends and family.
