We listed with Vanya in the spring of this year and immediately started having showings. I was amazed at the quality of the marketing and the effort Vanya and Dimo put into making sure we had the widest possible audience targeted to right type of buyer that would would be interested. During the time the house was listed, Vanya and Dimo went above and beyond to ensure the property was shown in its best possible light, and given we were not in the country, they took care of the finer details that most agents would likely not have. I attribute their efforts to the large number of showing and eventual sale of our vacation home. We are the kind of people who make a house a home and making the decision to sell, was an emotional one. Vanya was instrumental in helping us to keep focused on our end goal and to look forward to benefits we wanted to achieve. Because of her, we stuck with it and she was right.Selling a house remotely can be difficult and stressful since the hands-on control is not there. Vanya however, made that effortless by being our eyes and ears and we didn't hesitate to place our full trust in her ability to sell our home as though she were selling her own. She did not disappoint.Despite being the ultimate professional, full of knowledge and advice, dealing with Vanya was like a friendship. She knows her stuff, but she also understands the human side of buying and selling and that came through clearly in her patience, compassion, professionalism and expertise.I'm sure she had moments of weariness with all our questions, but we never once felt that from her. She always responded promptly, and expertly to any query.Not knowing any realtors in the Southwest Florida area, we really picked Vanya based on some web research, which can often be a fraught with potential issues. We won the lottery with Vanya however! We couldn't have picked anyone more competent and well-matched for our needs in a realtor.I recommend Vanya and Dimo without hesitation and will be doing that for years to come.

From beginning to end Vanya and Dimo were true professionals. They understand the Southwest Florida real estate market but moreover they their overall quality of service is second to none. Polite, sincere, courteous and empathetic are just a few of the positive adjectives that I would use when describing Vanya and Dimo as Real Estate agents. They truly put your needs first and foremost when it comes to selling your home. To me anyone can sell a house when the market is hot but Vanya and Dimo were able to sell our home for what we needed to get in a market that was tepid at best. I really have to hand it them for allowing us to move on in order to create our lives anew in a place weve always dreamed of living. My wife and I owe our happiness to Vanya and Dimo. I cant say enough good things about them.

Our peripatetic lifestyle has led us to have many real estate searches and transactions throughout our lives. I can unequivocally say that our experiences with Vanya as our realtor have been by far the most impressive. Several years ago, we met her when attempting to sell our beautiful white elephant. We had had our home on the market for what seemed forever with a number of excellent and committed realtors. Within months, Vanya had sold our home and shortly afterwards started on a quest to find us our new home. Retired, constantly traveling, with other homes, we would return to Naples and intermittently bother Vanya with yet another search and another round of visits. We flashed in and out, unsure. She was resolved to help us. Due to our recent unexpected prolonged stay here in Naples, Florida, we had the time to take advantage of her tireless persistence, experience and intuition. She knew what we wanted and needed better than we did. Each morning early, we received many, many listings to consider. We saw and marched through many homes. She guided us through the entire process, responsive to our every question and concern, endlessly patient and impeccably sensitive to our need to have contact with absolutely no one other than herself. She always appeared masked and gloved. To the end, she was there, supervising inspections and repairs, babysitting us through documents and giving us precisely the right home at the right price she negotiated for us.
