All I can say is bless Paul and his patience with me!! I am a first-time homebuyer and very stringent in my home search. Paul is absolutely wonderful when it comes to picking out properties to suit my taste and budget. We have it narrowed down to two! He does a great job of pointing out very practical things that your average person would not think to consider. He mentioned being a landlord before becoming a real estate agent and I think that enables him to be real with me about whether he thinks a property will truly be a good fit. I appreciate the time he has taken to show me listings, especially at the last minute as sometimes happens with my schedule! He takes the time to listen to my questions and concerns. Most importantly, he is able to give me answers that I understand. Buying a house is hard enough, especially when you have to navigate real estate language.
