Blake Altman is an amazing real estate agent hands down. He has been my agent for the past three properties Ive purchased. He is professional, intelligent, honest, kind, humble, and most important he is an absolute go getter. Regardless of what day or time I reach out to him he responds immediately. We initially discussed in detail my real estate goals and since then he continues to focus on my best interest not simply closing a deal. While showing me a house he realized it was not a good fit and recommended we discuss other options. Blake is very knowledgeable in all areas real estate. He answers all my questions and has a network of connections if I need additional information. When I decide to place an offer on a property Blake jumps in with both feet. He understands all requirements, prepares the paperwork, sends them electronically for me to sign, and submits the offer before the end of the day. I highly recommend Blake. Ryan recently represented us with purchasing a home in Southern Pines, NC. We were relocating from GA and honestly just stumbled across Ryan when he responded to our inquiry about a potential rental. We ended up moving forward with a purchase instead and chose to continue working with Ryan due to his responsiveness with our rental search.This purchase was a little challenging and stressful since we did nearly all of it from GA and had made only one brief visit to Southern Pines previously. There is no way we could have located our home or executed the purchase successfully without Ryan's professional expertise, over-the-top responsiveness, and drive to exceed our expectations.He conducted house tours for us via FaceTime. He was not only able to offer knowledge on what would be important to understand not seeing the homes in person, but his added expertise in home inspections was very useful. He helped us get the home we wanted under contract with very favorable conditions in a matter of mere minutes.Our stress about purchasing the home from a distance diminished as we saw how hard Ryan was working for us in NC. He was always one step ahead of us in terms of understanding how the loan was proceeding and other steps like the inspection and appraisal. He was invaluable during the inspection and negotiations for repairs with the sellers, even securing estimates for the work and providing us with potential contacts to get the work completed. On the day we arrived from GA, tired, hungry, and pulling in with two U-Hauls, Ryan welcomed us at our new home with hot pizza and wings, the lights and heat on, a professionally cleaned house, and a beautiful custom-made welcome sign on the front porch. He proudly claimed himself our first real friend in NC and has continued to check in to make sure we are getting settled in and to see if he can provide further assistance.What could have been an incredibly stressful, time-consuming process in our relocation was honestly one of the easier steps and I credit Ryan's responsiveness, work ethic, and just general desire to serve. I would not hesitate to recommend Ryan's services.
