Laura helped me and my wife purchase a new home in Melbourne Beach, FL in November 2016. Being new to the area and unsure of what to buy - condo, townhouse or house - Laura listened closely to what we were looking for and showed us each style. She played psychologist expertly and made us realize a single-family home would work best for us and knew the neighborhoods and house styles which would best accommodate our wishes for lower HOA fees, a maintenance free yard, many windows, and a community pool. She continuously scoured listings, kept us apprised of what was available and always made time to take us to our future dream home. Laura's approach was refreshing - she did not hesitate to find flaws or issues that escaped us during home visits and we never felt pressured. I felt she genuinely wanted us to find the perfect home and not just sell us on any property. After selecting the home, Laura negotiated us a great price. Best of all, she knows the best inspectors and contractors in the area. Laura came through in negotiating post-inspection repairs as well, getting the seller to agree to all of our demands. Most importantly, Laura is a "real" person who made us feel as if she were a good friend we had known for years. While I know we have found our final, permanent home, if I won Powerball tomorrow and could buy a second home I would be calling Laura again!
