As first time home buyers my husband and I had no idea what to expect when we decided to purchase our first house. We had searched the internet high and low and had been shown a few properties by other agents who seemed less than inthused to assist a young couple. Friends of ours had just purchased a home and recommend Bill Hall. After one phone call Bill was adamant that he would be the one to get us exactly what we wanted, where we wanted, and for the price we wanted. He sent us on our way to look at all the properties we were interested in with Emily Jones. Emily is the most patient, upbeat, and hard working person I've ever encountered. My husband and I work crazy schedules and there were times she would take us to look at the same property twice in one day and just kept a smile on her face and jokes flowing. Bill and his team found us the home of our dreams but upon inspection we found out it had asbestos. Heart broken and exhausted Bill and his team kept searching for something they knew would be right for our family, even when I was tired of looking. Some time had passed and when we were ready Emily started out again with lists full of properties to scope out. FINALLY we had found a property in Johnson City within the best school district in town and Bill knew we were going to get it for within our budget. Their team worked diligently to make sure we were taken care of and even turned us over to a different lender who got our interest rate down 1.5%! I never felt like a burden to Bill and his team, they were always there for us and kept us feeling reassured. I've recommended this group of Realtors to anyone I've heard mentioning buying a new home. It couldn't have been any easier! Thanks Bill and Emily!

We had never sold a house before and feel so fortunate to have found such a good agent. First we looked on line at the Dave Ramsey sight a man who give good financial advice to find who were good realtors in our area. Bill was one of the two recommended. After speaking to both it was apparent Bill was the one to sell a house that someone of medium income would buy.We will never forget his first visit and how on target his estimates were. We said how much do you think the house is worth and how long will it take to sell it. He said $159,000 which was far more than we would have guessed. He also said I think it will sell in two months time. Within 12 days we had a contract on the house and this morning on the 62nd day we are going to close on the house. Bill could teach a seminar to everyone in every kind of business about how important communication is to the client. Every time we called he either answered then or called us right back. He encouraged us each step of the way and told us all that we were doing right. So few have the gift of encouragement as Bill does and I think it is what makes him so successful. We are both natives of East Tennessee but had moved overseas many years. Bill understand both the market and the people here and has an appreciation for the way we do things.
