We are first time home buyers, working with Jack had been wonderful experience. Jack taught us all the materials, construction of house, and tips of maintenance, which are super helpful to us. Every time we tour a property, Jack would tell us the good parts and not so good parts about it, so that we have all necessary information. With this competitive market, we had to compete offers with others. When we almost went with a crazy high offer, Jack advised us to modify offer on the cap strategy, which saved us more than 20K on the final price comparing to our initial offering. whats more, Jack managed to negotiate and helped schedule a home inspection in a shorter time, so that we had the inspection contingency option, and we are confident on the quality of the house. The appraisal came out that the final price we get was a fair price, which was a huge bonus. We are very happy on the house we get, would highly recommend Jack.
