Andrea helped us sell our home to move into our dream home. She was very knowledgeable, happy to answer questions, took excellent pictures, and you could tell she'd been doing this for years. She hosted several open houses, made suggestions along the way, and helped us navigate the in's and outs of two contracts. She was quick to lend their trailer for us move stuff on multiple occasions and helped us with a storage unit when our garage wasn't finished in time. She answered all our questions, was available late into the night to negotiate a time sensitive contract, and in the end got us a price we were happy with. Due to COVID-19 Andrea wasn't able to be present at the closing so she sent a note to the Title Company to give to us and texted after to say Congrats. Andrea went above and beyond to help us sell our home.
