Chelsea was a steady, professional presence throughout the entire home purchase process. Whenever I had any questions or concerns she was quick to respond to email, call or text. When I first flagged a few properties in Crescent City via Trulia I was contacted by another realtor in the area. I gave the realtor a few of the features we were hoping to find in our next home. I never heard back. Nothing. Crickets. I took it upon myself to start looking at properties in the area, driving 7-hours from our current home, checking active listings from the curb. I called Chelsea regarding one of the properties I liked. She made a showing possible within 30 minutes of my call. That initial level of attentiveness and work ethic were present throughout the entire process from offer to close of escrow.
