We could not be happier with the amazing service and work ethic that Andy employed in securing our new house. He helped us rain or shine (literally) for six months, and showed patience and professionalism despite our occasional indecisiveness and I'm sure somewhat annoying list of "wants" for our new house. He was always patient, and he is very knowledgeable and never once dropped the ball. We had a complex deal on the house we bought including the condition of renting one of our duplex units which Andy also helped us with (he found us a wonderful tenant). I believe in praising good, honest work, and Andy is among the best in the business in my opinion. We feel very fortunate to have "happened" upon him in the course of looking for an agent, and certainly could not have found our new house or closed the deal without him. We absolutely recommend Andy without any hesitation - he is simply the best, and he has our gratitude.
