I found Eric by accident by responding to a listing on Zillow. Eric called minutes after I requested more information. New to the home buying process Eric immediately made me feel comfortable and talked through the home buying process. Eric responded quickly when houses came on the market and found time to view quickly to see it. While never straying from my "must have" he knew finding my home was right around the corner. After I found my new home Eric work diligently in the background with the builders, the selling real estate agent, the lawyers and lenders ensuring the process was smooth and ensured the process moved forward to meet my timeline. I could not be happier in my new home and could not be happier with Eric who helped remove much of the stress that comes with new home buying. I highly recommend Eric and his team from Port Side Real estate agency.

Eric was integral to being not only by the home of our dreams, but be able to buy it at an offer under asking price. Which is unheard of in this market! There were so many instances along the way that could have delayed or derailed the process. Because of Erics responsiveness and connections in the community we were able to avoid all of the pitfalls! Right away we felt very supported and and understood by Eric. He really understood who we are and what are values were and why the home we chose was so important to us. It is not a typical purchase because of many factors that had to do with the uniqueness of the home design. Eric was consistently positive supportive and optimistic even in times when things were tough. He is without a doubt the biggest reason we were able to buy this home and I am not sure it wouldve worked with any other realtor. Anyone considering Eric as a possible option cant stop looking now because youve found the best.
