I highly recommend Rick. He was indispensable during the process of buying my first home. Rick was very flexible with meeting me at different locations and times (including after work hours) to look at various properties. Over the couple of months the search spanned, Rick was always friendly and ready to help. I never felt rushed or like my search was taking too long. When I finally found a home and was ready to submit an offer, Rick was right there ready to help even though he was out of town! I am an attorney by trade and, at first, had a lot of trouble giving up control and the negotiation process to someone else. Rick proved himself time and time again to be someone who truly represented my interests. Throughout the process there were a couple of tough roadblocks with the seller's attorney. Rick worked well with my attorney and made sure I got to the closing table happy. I will be recommending Rick to friends in the future and when I am ready for a bigger place or a new location, I'll definitely be calling Rick.
