When we had a need to buy a house in Seattle, David was recommended to us by a family friend as he just helped them to buy a house in Seattle. After we define the criteria for the house, David immediately starteded working on the case. The next day when we arrived Seattle (BTW, we lived about 3 hours away from Seattle), he was ready to show us a list of options and work with us to prioritiz them for us to do a viewing tour in the afternoon. After we made the decision on the one, David worked with us on the negotiation strategy based on the recent house selling history and current market situation. After two days of intense negotiation, the deal was finalized. Through the whole process, David was very responsive to our needs.
