Working with Katie was awesome. She was recommended to us by friends who also had success in finding a home through Katie's help. Katie listened to what we wanted in a home, and never pushed us into "liking" something or steering us towards something that we weren't feeling. It took several trips around Denver to really zero in on what neighborhood we wanted. She was very responsive to our texts and calls, and made appointments for us to see homes, sometimes on very short notice. When we found a home we loved, Katie's relationship with the selling agent was what sealed the deal. There were two offers on the home, but the selling agent knew Katie would be easy to work with, and they chose our offer even though it wasn't the highest bid. She helped us navigate through the inspection requests and offered suggestions on a lender as well. I could tell Katie has built and maintained good relationships around Denver. The best part about working with Katie was that she was very fun to work with. I was almost sad when we found a home and we couldn't hang out with her all the time!!

My wife and I just completed our home purchase and Katie was amazing. Katie started by really listening to what we wanted, where we wanted to be and our budget.
