I am so glad we did that! Kim and Scott, both, went above and beyond their roles as real estate agents and worked with us through each and every step of the process. As a remote seller it's very difficult to anticipate challenges while selling a house. And we were totally sheltered from those challenges due to Kim's dedication, focus and continuous communication. Kim helped us with our tenants, got the house cleaned and prepped up for sale. She kept us updated on every step and made us feel comfortable all the way.
