Most people can empathize with the stress that comes with a move, especially when you are coming from across the country. Kim eased all of our stress, and then some. We started looking for a home before we were in the local area and she was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the local area. We told her what we were looking for in a home and she gathered a list for us based on our likes. She FaceTimed with us multiple times, at multiple locations showing us a variety of homes. She was honest if a home had issues that would require repair, or if it wasn't something that would fit our needs. She gave expert advice at all stages of the home buying process without being pushy or sugar coating anything. We never had to wait for a response, and she was very attentive to any question or issue we had. She was super proactive to make sure we met our short closing deadline, and we received updates daily. I give Kim my highest recommendation and will not use anyone but Kim if we ever plan to sell our home in the future!

Desiree stepped in and rented our home out when we had to move due to military orders. From day one until the day we sold the home 3.5 years later, she was exceptional. She was forthcoming with all information and responded very quickly at all times. We never had any issues in our rental property because Desiree took care of it 110%. When we decided to sell the home Desiree was honest with us about each and every question we had. She made the process go super easy. Within a week of deciding to sell our home we had an offer in and if there were issues, we never knew. We live across the country and she was fabulous. We signed everything electronically. Once again Desiree was amazing at responding each and every time we sent questions or concerns. She was able to get us more for our home than we expected and we are so thankful.
