Byron is a true professional in the real estate business. His knowledge of the Palm Springs market makes buying a home a pleasure. He only showed my wife and I homes that fit our criteria. We are kind of fussy buyers and he was very patient with us until we found the right house for us. He has an excellent reputation with the other realtors. When we made the offer on our house, there were multiple offers. The listing real estate agent advised her client to take our offer because she has worked with Byron for more than 20 years and knew Byron would close the deal with no hassles. The thing I like the most about Byron is that he has continued to work with my wife and I after the closing. We bought our first pool home. He has recommended vendors and maintenance people (gardeners, pool people, painters, carpet/tile layers, etc.) that have given us wonderful quotes to make some changes to fit our style. Now that we have moved in to the new house, my wife and I are now about to list our previous house with Byron. He already has several people who are interested in living in our community. I expect that our house will not stay on the market very long. I could go on and on about why my wife and I recommend Byron, however, I do have a life.
