Byron did an incredible job with photography and finding the right buyers, but then it went crazy. We had 6 or so offers, we only saw a spreadsheet for 30 seconds with lots of numbers. We were ready to accept the best one, but he suddenly got up said he would ask for ?best and final offers? and left us hanging! We were ready to sell. Then for five days he disappeared. We called and called. No response. Finally someone called and said there was a last minute offer, that was the same as 2 others, and all other offers were suddenly gone! One of the higher offer buyers contacted us to find out why we didn?t respond to their offer? I was shocked. There was lots of no communication, but we did sell within a few days. His negotiations all seemed in favor of the buyer and not us. Inspection were crazy and his associate keep wanting us to give reductions, or do things that were never part of the deal, again all in favor of the buyer. We found after closing that the buyer hadn?t asked for anything except one inspection. So the results were of but he totally let us down during the important parts of the sale. He does know his stuff, just had trouble following thru and didn?t communicate at all.
