My partner and I are both first time home buyers, and new to the area. Catina made what would have otherwise been a difficult and stressful process easy, understandable, and fun. Catina was wonderful about explaining exactly what was happening, or needed to happen, at every stage of the contract from offer through sale. Catina was patient with our questions, always available to talk and show houses, and offered wonderful, non-judgemental advice, something we truly appreciated. We are extremely happy with the home we found, and I know we wouldn't have found a house as nice, or one that we are as happy with, without Catina's help and professionalism. Furthermore, the services (bank, inspections, etc) that Catina recommends are extremely professional, fairly priced, and just kind people. At no point did we feel any pressure -- only support -- but I think it worth mentioning that not only is Catina a great real estate agent, but also has strong relationships with a network of other honest professionals. This is useful to anyone, but particularly when you are new to the area and don't have strong local connections. We feel very lucky to have found her, and truly could not be happier to have had her help finding such a nice home.
