I hired realtor Shanon Tully to list my land for sale. Right away I could tell that I hired the right agent. She was knowledgeable about the process and came to all of our meetings prepared with the latest information and research. She noticed mistakes that were made in a previous listing by another agent regarding one of the best features of my property; that it was located on a brick street, and corrected it in a new listing immediately. Eventually the property was sold by being subdivided. Shanon was able to put me in contact with all the right people, including village officials, surveyors, and attorneys to get the job done. She attended village and planning department meetings regarding the subdivision to provide support and made all of the necessary phone calls to professionals to ensure the timelines were met. It was a long process to complete the transaction but Shanon made it as pleasant as possible by always keeping me informed and preventing problems before they occurred. I would wholeheartedly recommend hiring Shanon Tully for all your real estate needs. She really does care about her clients and reaching their real estate goals!

Shanon was a pleasure to work with especially being first time home buyer in this crazy market! I really did not know where to start, she suggested a great mortgage company to just find out what my preapproval was. I did that and immediately we went to go look at three homes. Shannon was very responsive when it came to my MANY questions. I would send her listings until the late hours of the night and she would always respond. We got to know each other better over thew next couple of months, and broadened my search area to fit the type of home I was looking for. Eventually we found THE ONE. Shanon was great when it was time for action! She was quick when drawing up my contract, getting my list of needs and wants, and even quicker when it came down to the negotiations! We were in a bid war which Shanon made sure we would succeed. And we did.I really enjoyed working with Shanon, she has came back to my new home several times to see the progress. We have built a great relationship and I look forward to working with her again some time, and even recommending her to friends entering the market!
