We met Gretchen on a Sunday on VERY short notice. We could tell right away she was a nice person and easy to talk to. She worked with us on trying to purchase the house she showed us that day. But ultimately it didn't work out. A bidding war started and went WAY above asking price so we just bowed out. Gretchen stayed in contact and continued to send us listing of properties she felt might meet our desires. We had also been searching and found a house which we forwarded to her. She had us a walk through of the property in no time. We fell in love with the house. But there were some challenges if we were to get the home. Gretchen was awesome. Helped at every step of the process. If we were unsure of something she had the answer or got us the answer. She treated us like family. Would I recommend her? Yes her and nobody else. She will be the agent to sell our old home. We can't thank her enough for helping to make our dreams a reality.
