We started on our lets buy a house adventure with Benny early 2012, from the get go he was super positive hed find us the home that was right for us. He recommended a loan person for us to discuss our current credit and down payment matters with, she was super helpful too. By the beginning of Summer 2012 we had the dollar amount to work with and Benny was on the hunt. After the first few properties we went and looked at, he knew what we were looking for and what areas to stay out of and stuck to it. I can't even remember how many properties we looked at and how many offers Benny wrote up for us. I tend to be on the excited side and want to know every detail of what is going on, when Benny would submit an offer I was a huge pest, Benny never once made me feel like I was bothering him, not once. He just kept telling me, we will look at a house everyday if we have to. At the time we were looking the inventory was so low and the cash buyers seemed limitless. I started to lose hope, I just didn't want to look anymore. I mean I knew it was going to be hard Benny made sure to explain what we were up against, we were in the same dollar range as most people our age and looking for the exact same thing, but the cash buyers were driving me crazy, almost every offer we made we lost to a cash buyer. Benny stayed positive and kept me on track during the hunt even when I tried to quit, he just never gave up, he knew what was out there and he knew hed find us a home. Then mid fall Benny said your house is almost ready, I have been working on this for a while, lets go drive by it. He took us over to the place he knew would be perfect for us and of course he was right. Turnkey, at the exact price point we were looking for, 2 bedroom with separate dining room to be used as the playroom/craft room, 2 car garage, nice yard, not too small not too big, low HOA fee, pool, playground, nice side of Escondido and in a cul-de-sac, just perfect for us. In the beginning of 2013 after a few loan hiccups and some amazing negotiating by Benny we were moving in to our new home . We would not have even had a chance at getting this home if it were not for Benny Charles, he will be the one who sales our home for us, not to soon of course and finds our next home. Almost 9 months later my husband and I still talk about how if it werent for Benny we would be stuck living in an apartment, and for that we thank him.
