I recently moved to the Dallas area and by pure luck, I met Becky which turned out to be a blessing. I have bought 3 houses before I met Becky and I was used to dealing with realtors who were nice but also, tried to push you for pricier homes, as they make their commission based on price. Here is where Becky shines, she genuinely helps you, she goes out of her way to work with your schedule, she treats you as if you were her only client or as if you were her own family where she goes out of her way to research schools and neighborhood trends. Having worked in a big company, I have a credit union, where I get discounts and incentives when buying a home, Becky, also helped me get the best financing in town, beating my own credit union. Its important to note that Becky just gives you options and you decide what you want, she does not push you or rush you to make any decision. For the first time, I felt we were a team and as a team we bought a great house, that I could not be happier with. Its been a few months after we closed and Becky continues to help providing referrals for work I want done in the house. Her energy and level of commitment has not diminished after we bought the house and we feel we can always come to her for anything we need. She continues to treat us as her customers and we continue to feel she is just a phone call away.
