Jesse contacted us immediately after we responded our interest on a listed property back in February 2018. We were first time buyers and more than a little apprehensive, but as soon as we met Jesse we immediately felt at ease as he shared the process of purchasing a house. Jesse Perez is a very gentle soul, but inside he possesses a deep knowledge and expertise of his field which is put forth with professional confidence. Jesse helped us find a home that fit our needs, but the home needed some TLC and we felt the asking price was a bit too high. With Jesse's help we were able to make a lower but reasonable offer that was accepted by the listing party virtually overnight - then the rest was downhill from there.It truly was an enjoyable experience which was further complimented knowing we were in good hands with Jesse and his wife Liz.
