I am extremely grateful and satisfied for the work that Jesse Perez and his team put in. My journey with them started with just a consultation with Jesse. I was skeptical about selling my house and finding a house that fit my needs and wants within our budget. Jesses expertise and negotiation skills are amazing! His confidence to get me what I was looking for eased my doubts of selling and buying during this crazy time in the real estate market. Once my house was on the market, pressure was on to look for a new home. Jesse simultaneously worked with selling my house and looking for my new home. He had the patience to take my family and I to as many viewings for homes until we found the perfect home. The process of all the negotiations and paperwork was smooth. Jesse and Liz took care of keeping me in the loop of what was going on and what needed to happen. They answered every phone call or text message I sent to them. Jeselyn was accessible to finding information I needed and guided me through process. Jesse and his team were attentive to my needs and wants. I am very satisfied with the work they put in. The teams knowledge, patience and professionalism made this whole process much easier than it could have been. I would highly recommend them!

Jesse and his team are professional, responsive, and straight forward. I am a first time home buyer and I did not know of Jesse, but I read the reviews and that is how he became my agent. Jesse was always available via text, email, fax, and phone conversation. He works around your schedule and makes document signing easy and convenient. Jesse offers electronic document signing. He also takes the time to explain any items that you feel unclear about. Jesse gives you your space and allows you to determine if you want the house. He is not the agent trying to make sale or commission. He actually wants to help you find a home that you like. Another great thing about Jesse and his team is that they were able to get me a much better mortgage loan. YES!!! from 4.1 percent loan to a 3.5 percent! He didn't have to do that but he did. Jesse was able to help me buy a house, save me tons of money, and make my first home purchase easy and stress free.Thank you Jesse! I appreciate your help and support along the way.
