When I was ready to buy a home in August of 2012 I called the Realtor I had previously worked with, but after not receiving a response to my Email after 2 days I decided to find a new Realtor. Buying in a market with very low inventory and prices creeping up, I needed someone who knew what they were doing. I saw Erik's reviews, called him, & left him a voice message explaining I needed someone who was on the ball and who was going to help me find a home as soon as possible. He called me back within 30 minutes and told me he would do everything he could to help me. Over the next 4 months he always returned my calls very quickly, called me if he saw a house he thought I might want to see, was punctual for meetings, and indeed did everything he could to make it happen. Twice we opened escrow and I backed out, and sometimes I just didn't like what we saw, but he never seemed frustrated - he always just said, "We'll just keep looking." In December I found The House, and after some stressful negotiations and disclosures, we closed 2 weeks later. Erik is levelheaded, calm, patient, and professional, but also very good at negotiating different situations. Thank you Erik!
