Bottom line up front: 6 Stars, 11 out of 10, 4 thumbs up! You won?t find a more committed and honest agent anywhere. Austin totally surpassed my expectations and helped me close on exactly what I wanted (even though I didn?t know what that was at the beginning). Austin worked with me and on my behalf over the last 10 months, and I completely lucked out in finding him as a buyer?s agent. Originally Zillow put me in touch with him to see a house, which I really liked. After we spent some time looking at it he said, Let?s go have a beer and talk about it. He gave me 40 reasons why I didn?t want that house, and he was 100% right. The rapport was instant and automatic, and I could tell he wasn?t trying to sell me any ideas. Every step of the way, Austin earned my trust and confidence in his professionalism, and in his commitment to help me find the best deal. In the end, he helped me buy a lot and close on a new construction loan, which netted him just half the commission he?d have received if he would have let me buy any number of the houses I had been considering. He?d see all the cover ups and poor craftsmanship and warning signs, and patiently walk me through all of them, convincing me that a better option would be available soon. He was more patient than I was! Not only did Austin help secure the deal, he lobbied nonstop on my behalf until it closed. He got me a better rate on this, or knew someone who could do that for a better price. He made phone calls that had huge impacts on the way the transaction closed, all without my knowledge that any of it was even a possibility. Like I said, you won?t find a more committed and honest agent anywhere. This was not my first home buying experience, but by an immeasurable margin is was my best experience.
