This was our first time purchasing a home, and we considered doing it on our own without an agent. I found Jamison when I inquired about a home in which he was listed as the sellers' agent. My fiance and I looked for homes in Central Phoenix which were mostly older homes (with additions/major renovations) so it was a long process to find exactly what we wanted. Jamison made it easy and was so patient and helpful during the entire process. He understood exactly what we were looking for and the area we wanted to be in. He gave honest feedback on homes that I was interested in and had so much knowledge about what neighborhoods would be bring value to our home. Being that he was young and newly engaged, he could relate to what we wanted in a home and future investment. He also has multiple investment properties of his own so he was extremely credible and experienced in the process. When it came time to purchase our home, Jamison approached the negotiating process in a way that gave us the best leverage. We ended up getting our home below asking and offering price after an appraisal that came back low. He also negotiated to get the seller to fix all of the items on our inspection! Did I mention that he also (without being pushy) gave us advice and referred us to a mortgage company and homeowners and auto insurance? He ended us saving us so much money and time. We would use Jamison again in the future in a heartbeat and will highly recommend him to our friends and family. Great guy with a lot of positive energy!
