Peter was AMAZING at his job! We werent getting what we needed from our previous realtor and after giving Peter a trial run, we knew immediately that he was the realtor we needed on our side. Peter is very knowledgeable about the real estate business, no doubt about that. He also always made himself available and in a timely manner. But what we also loved about Peter was how detailed he was with potential houses. Rather than waste time looking at every home, we were able to make decisions based off his findings. We were confident in his decisions because he wouldnt let us buy a home that he himself wouldnt purchase. Many agents would rather make a quick sale, but not Peter. With Covid, the market got tough and left us with little inventory. However, Peter stayed in contact and continued to inform us about potential homes. It took over a year to find the perfect home due to Covid circumstances, but Peter made it happen! Peter even continued to help after our purchase with other home related matters. Peter is the person you need on your side to make such a huge financial investment. He will always steer you right and always willing to lend a helping hand.
