My experience with Karamarie started in the middle of a snow storm as she met me in a snowy driveway to show me a possible rental. She knew I had flown in from TX and was willing to brave the icy conditions for me, to ensure I found a place for me ad my husband to move into! I knew right away she was the agent we needed to stick with, and after renting for some time we were ready to buy. As first time home buyers, my husband and I were very nervous to start the process. We had tons of questions and little knowledge of the home-buying basics. Karamarie was there for us from start to finish. She addressed every concern we had, and never made us feel like we were asking a "stupid" question. She was available to us any time we needed her and we felt so comfortable in her hands! Even though she had a full plate of clients and listings to work with, Karamarie made us feel like we were her only clients. If you want an agent who will always be present in mind when meeting with you, is willing to be patient and avoid rushing the purchase, and who genuinely cares about finding you the perfect place to call home, Karamarie is the person for the job.
