My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Joe during our search for a larger home for our growing family. With a baby on the way we didn't have the luxury of time and Joe worked tirelessly for us right from the start. Incredibly knowledable about the area, schools and keen eyes that helped avoid homes with potential issues. We were viewing a home in New Fairfield and something seemed a little off. Joe swiftly performed what I dubbed "The Bottle Test". He placed his water battle sideways on a table in the Foyer. Much to our surprise it rolled off to the floor. Joe's test revealed potential structural problems and we were on our way to another home without skipping a beat. At the very least it saved us time and money on inspections.I highly recomend Joe and cannot say enough good things about him. Ultimately he found us our forever home, pushed all parties to get things done and we moved in just in time to welcome our baby boy.
