Matt was a God-send finding and purchasing a home. He went above and beyond to be there for me each step of the buying process. From top-notch recommendations for contractors and movers to setting up every detail of the purchasing transactions, he handled ever-y-thing! I was surprised how low stress and easy it is to buy a home! This is the 3rd house I've bought in my lifetime and by far the smoothest and easiest process to do so. Matt negotiated the price down by $5K and made the seller fix issues that would have cost me additional thousands more. He will fight for you to get the best price and a fair deal. He also returned my text and calls in less than an hour - most time within minutes or picked up when I called. Don't hesitate to work with Matt and his team.
