Matt was a great realtor. First, he was stuck with two people that had different ideas of what they wanted in a house. Second we had a list of odd requirements. And of course, each of us was willing to compromise on some things, but those weren't usually the same 'some' things. The absolutely best thing about Matt is that he really worked to get to know us and what we liked/what we didn't. There were times that we were looking at a house and he'd bring up a comment we made in the beginning 'You didn't like X in house number 3, it's the same thing here, is it OK now?' For me, that means he was paying attention throughout our little adventure, and ultimately, we landed on one that will suit us just fine. Thank you Matt for your patience, generosity, and willingness to work WITH us, not just FOR us.
