We had the pleasure of working with Carol Glad over the last couple of years, and I have to say she is awesome! We were buyers out of state and she made the whole process so effortless (at least on our part). She knew exactly what we were looking for and made herself available to go and view houses that we were interested in, taking pictures and face-timing when signal allowed. It was a long process but she stuck with us through all of it with a smile on her face, always positive that our house was out there waiting for us to find it ... and we did. We closed on our dream home the end of January. We had some hiccups and delays along the way, but Carol was right there on top of everything all the way through ... always with an encouraging smile (or tone, as most of our process was done over the phone)! She is one of the happiest, helpful, thorough agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She goes above and beyond in the (sometimes exhausting and stressful) process of finding your perfect home! I now have an agent and friend I will absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone!
