Rebecca was the second realtor we worked with after the first did not listen to even our most basic requirements for a home. There was a night and day difference once we started working with her! We no longer had someone pushing every home we visited just to make a commission, only to admit problems if we ourselves pointed it out. She was very upfront with us if she noticed potential problems in a home and was able to answer any questions we had as first time buyers. One of the biggest reliefs for us was not having to check realty sites for listings on our own every day. Before working with Rebecca we were finding every home on our own and asking to schedule visits while an automated portal occasionally sent us an email with homes we had already seen. Searching for new listings became a much more manageable back and forth with Rebecca and we were even able to see some properties before they were listed! In the end, the home we purchased was one we did not find on our own and was in great condition for the price. Even when it came to putting in our offer she had plenty of advice to give us as we went back and forth with the seller. My fiance and I were very happy with the help Rebecca provided and couldn't be happier to finally have our own home!
